ViLaser's standard machine floor mounted visual positioning laser tin wire welding machine consists of a semiconductor laser welding system, CCD visual positioning, precision tin wire feeding mechanism, dual station worktable, electrical system, etc. Temperature control function can be added, laser power can be selected, and the temperature accuracy is+5 ºC. Through precise temperature control, the welding effect can be fully grasped and damage to the welded workpiece can be avoided.

High-precision dual-station four-axis platform with ±0.02mm repeat accuracy, ensuring stability and consistency in batch production.  
 

Solder Feeding Mechanism

Precision solder wire feeder, compatible with 0.5-1.2mm wire, offers ±0.1g accuracy. Programmable settings control solder volume.
